Painted mostly in Febuary-March 2020 and reworked intermittently until July. The title refers to the advent of Covid-19 and an Albert Bierstadt painting of the same name from which I literally stole the sky for this painting.

This painting won 3rd place at the Hoosier Salon in Indianapolis and Best in Show at the Paint the Town exhibit in Lexington in 2020.
